David Seeley is a native of Virginia, growing up in Smithfield and living in Newport News for the past 15 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christopher Newport University and a Masters of Taxation from Virginia Commonwealth University. David is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia with over 20 years of experience. He currently serves as the Tax Director at Beth Moore & Associates, CPAs specializing in Real Estate and Not for Profit taxation. Prior to specializing in tax practice, he was involved in both tax and audit engagements for a wide variety of for-profit and non-profit entities. Currently, he serves as treasurer for the Newport News Rotary Club and the Cascades Condominium Association. David also serves on the Peninsula Chapter Board of Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities and the Dinner Committee for Hampton Roads Community Action Program.
