Entries may be limited at the discretion of the United States Coast Guard, legal, and other requirements. Due to docking restrictions and limited space availability, acceptance as a participant will be based on design concept, creativity, costuming, and entertainment quality for the primary audience attending PrideFest.

Participation is contingent upon attendance at the mandatory Skippers meeting. Location and time of the Skippers meeting will be provided to applicants selected for the parade. Details regarding event day rendezvous location, parade route, logistic information, and dispersal point will be provided at this time. Parade pennants will also be provided at this meeting.

No power or water will be provided for the boats. No alcoholic beverages are permitted to leave the boats. No rafting is allowed.

PrideFest is open from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Pride Boat Parade will be scheduled to commence during the first hour so all boating participants can dock around 1:00 p.m. to enjoy the afternoon festivities.
